The access and use of this website, including the offered products and services, are subject to the following conditions.
When using the site, the client agrees to its conditions of use, which may suffer alterations over time. It is recommended to visit this page regularly to stay up to date regarding any alterations that may possibly change.
Website access is allowed on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or change services without prior notice. We do not accept any responsibility if, for whatever reason, the site is unavailable for a certain period of time. In some cases, we may limit access to certain areas within the site.
Megasmart does not accept responsibility for any damage or loss as a consequence of the use of any information on this site.
Megasmart collects the clients name, telephone number, postal address and e-mail address. When a purchase is made on our website, we also collect further information regarding delivery address and payment details.

Payment methods

PayPal is a secure method used worldwide. For further information regarding this payment method please visit www.paypal.com. By choosing this option, the client will not need to access the PayPal website when checking out further orders. The payment will automatically be charged from the PayPal account.


With the exception of some rare cases, all orders placed and paid via PayPal will be shipped on the same day as long as the payment is realized before 15.00 of a working day. Orders paid for later than that, will be shipped on the next working day. The payment is subject to a confirmation period which can vary between 24 hours and 5 working days, depending on the country from which the transfer is made. In regard to this payment method Megasmart has no control whatsoever over the term in which the transfer is made. In such cases, the order will be shipped on the day Megasmart receives payment confirmation.
If any concerns regarding the order (address, payment, out of stock products, etc) we will contact the client by e-mail. We will wait for an answer from the client for 2 working days. The order will not be shipped until we receive an answer to our message. If no answer is received within the time period, the order will be cancelled.


Once the order is shipped, the client will receive a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number from PayPal. This information will become available in 1-3 working days once the payment is received. It is possible that, at the time when the tracking information is sent to the client, attempting to track the order online does not provide any results. It may take up to 24 hours after receiving the tracking information for any tracking updates to become available on the transport services website.

The client cannot choose a specific delivery time, because deliveries are conditioned by the routes defined by the transport service on the respective delivery date.
Providing an incorrect or incomplete address may lead to the package being returned to Megasmart. Therefore we advise our clients to always make sure that the delivery address they provide when placing an order is complete and accurate. Once the order is processed it is no longer possible to change either the delivery address or the billing details.

Returned orders

If the reason for the unsuccessful delivery and the return of the order falls under the responsibility of the transport service, regardless of the chosen payment method, the client will have to send us a written e-mail complaint that will be subjected to analysis by the transport service.
The solution that Megasmart Ltd will present to the client depends on the answer provided by the transport service. Therefore, in cases of complaints regarding the transport service, we can only present a solution to the client once the transport service informs us of their assessment. If the transport service accepts full responsibility for the return of the parcel, and all the products initially ordered are still available, we will suggest to the client a replacement order, without any additional costs. If the transport service accepts full responsibility for the unsuccessful delivery, but not for the return of the product we will suggest to the client a replacement order with only shipping costs added.
If the transport service does not accept responsibility, we cannot accept the complaint and as such cannot send a replacement order.

Order cancellation

The client can only cancel the order directly to our e-mail address as long as it has not yet been paid for and is not already being processed. Order cancellation is only possible via the previously described procedure. Any cancellation request made by any other means will not be fulfilled.


If the client wish to return one or more items, this can be done within 7 days after receiving the order, as long as the products are intact, sealed, complete and inside the original packaging. The packaging cannot be damaged, altered or scratched. It is up to the client to ensure that the returned items arrive to our facilities within 20 days, counting from the day on which the order was delivered.
